Bio Family Clinic partners with DirectDerm to provide patients with access to board-certified dermatology care in a timely and efficient manner. Through this partnership, your Bio Family Clinic provider coordinates your dermatologic care and works directly with the DirectDerm team to have your skin, hair, or nail concerns evaluated.

A board-certified dermatologist will review the case and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan, when appropriate, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Patients may be evaluated by Dr. Wong or another board-certified dermatologist on the DirectDerm team, depending on availability and clinical needs.

If additional care is needed, including an in-person visit, biopsy, procedure, or follow-up, the Bio Family Clinic team will help coordinate the appropriate next steps to ensure continuity of care.
