Bio Family Clinic is pleased to partner with DirectDerm to provide patients with convenient access to board-certified dermatology care via telehealth. Through Bio Family Clinic's partnership with DirectDerm, patients may be seen by Dr. Wong or another board-certified DirectDerm dermatologist, depending on appointment availability and clinical needs.
Dr. Wong earned his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine and his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology through the University of Washington School of Medicine and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He completed his dermatology residency at Stanford University Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Telemedicine Association, and is a clinical associate professor at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Wong's goal is to make high-quality dermatologic care more accessible to people who might not otherwise access it. He has a special interest in helping children receive prompt care for skin concerns and helping patients of all ages prevent or detect serious conditions such as melanoma. Dr. Wong encourages parents to protect children's skin with hats, protective clothing, and broad-spectrum sunscreen, and encourages patients to check their skin regularly for anything unusual.
Dr. Wong is affiliated with DirectDerm and is not an employee of Bio Family Clinic.
