Prescription Refills

Rules for Prescription Refill Requests at Bio Clinic:

Prescription refill service is Only Offered for Bio Clinic’s current and active patients. You should have been seen by your doctor at least once in that year if you are needing a prescription refill.
The prescription refill requested cannot be a scheduled or controlled medication. For scheduled or controlled medication refills you will need to be seen in person at the clinic by your provider. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Note: Bio Clinic DOES NOT OFFER CHRONIC NARCOTIC PAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES ANY MORE.
The medication refill being asked for should have been prescribed by our provider at BIO CLINIC and the medication must in your Active Medication List in our medical records.
We will not refill prescriptions that are prescribed by other providers that are not from our Bio Clinic Group.
We will not refill certain prescriptions without seeing the patient in person if certain parameters need to be monitored, such as blood test, high blood pressure, glucose levels and etc. to make sure the medication is still safe to take.
If there are concerns about your medication dosing, side effects or efficacy you will need to be seen in person.
We refill prescriptions for pharmacies located only in the State of Arizona and will not refill for out of state.
We will refill most medications for 90 days at a time only.
We will refill mail order prescription request as well.

How to Request Prescription Refills:

1) Ask your pharmacy to send us request for prescription refill
2) Call our prescription refill hotline and leave message:

Please, when you call into our Pharmacy Line you will be promoted to leave following information on our voice server:

  • Your First & Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Name of Medication needing refill
  • Name of Pharmacy where you want us to send us prescription refill
  • Name of Prescribing Provider/Physician
  • Your Phone Number to call you back
Please give us 24 hours to refill your prescription. Messages are checked every day and will be answered in the order they were received.
Messages left after hours and on weekends or holidays will be on addressed the next business day.
3) Via Patient Portal:
If you have access to our Patient Portal you can send us a message to refill you prescription. Please provide the following information when sending the message:

  • Name of Medication needing refill
  • Name and Address of Pharmacy where you want us to send the prescription refill

Please give us 24 hours to refill your prescription. Messages are checked every day and will be answered in the order they were received.
Messages left after hours and on weekends or holidays will be on addressed the next business day.

4) Stop by in person at your provider’s office and ask for your medication refill at the front desk.
5) Make an appointment to be seen by your provider and ask for a prescription refill at your office visit.
