Certain immunizations are required by the USCIS.

If you are not able to produce acceptable proof that you have had the immunizations or the diseases you will be required to get vaccinated. You may have the immunizations administered by our office or your personal physician.

DT, DTP, DTaP, Td or Tdap

Varicella (Chicken Pox) – if you never had Chicken Pox disease in past
Influenza (During Season – October 1st through March 31st)
Pneumococcal (for 60 years and older)
