Dr. Patel graduated in 2008 from University of Florida in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He also did his Residency at the University of Florida. He attended the Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center from 2001-2005, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in May of 2005. He completed his Bachelor of Science in May of 1996 at Missouri State University. His focus is on medical and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle.
He is credentialed for complex foot and ankle treatments of congenital deformities. Dr. Patel is Board Certified in Podiatry by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Diabetics can be treated by Dr. Patel for disease prevention and treatment which involves palliative care, routine diabetic risk assessment, and conservative and surgical treatments of diabetes related foot problems.
